RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to enjoy your merchandise as soon as you receive your order – please choose your items carefully.
Exchangeable / refundable items should meet the following conditions:
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with no stain, with the original tag & packaging and still in re-sellable condition.
- Proof of purchase is available (order numbers for online purchases and receipts / screenshots of transaction under TPF Sports for on-track purchases.
All products returned will be inspected to ensure the product meets the above criteria, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund application.
We will cover your delivery fee if the product arrives damaged / faulty, or does not match what you have ordered. Otherwise, the postage charge is non-refundable.
We suggest returning your item(s) by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
NON-REFUNDABLE
Please note that our refund policy specifically excludes:
- Items that are used and/or the delivery date is over 30 days.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they're faulty / damaged upon arrival.
REFUND LEAD TIME
Please allow up to 14 working days from the date of refund confirmation for the credit to come through. Refunds by bank transfer may take longer than other payment methods.
